Finance Transformation Management Office (TMO) Lead - Senior Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

Accenture is seeking an accomplished Senior Manager to lead the Finance Transformation Management Office (TMO) in Bangkok. This role is central to helping organizations redesign their finance functions to drive operational efficiency, governance excellence, and long-term value creation. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of strategic advisory and large-scale program delivery, partnering directly with senior finance executives across industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale finance transformation initiatives, from strategy definition through full implementation.
• Advise senior finance stakeholders on finance operating model design, organizational restructuring, and performance management frameworks.
• Drive process improvement across core finance functions including record-to-report, financial planning and analysis, and treasury operations.
• Develop technology-enabled transformation strategies and roadmaps aligned with finance modernization objectives, incorporating ERP, automation, and AI capabilities.
• Identify and embed opportunities to enhance decision-making through data analytics, robotic process automation, and digital finance tools.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with C-suite and senior finance leadership, functioning as a primary advisor on transformation priorities.
• Support business development activities including proposal development, solution architecture, and client engagement strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing project teams while cultivating an inclusive, collaborative team culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in finance transformation, management consulting, or senior finance operations roles.
• Proven track record leading complex business transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
• Strong command of finance processes, operating models, and governance frameworks.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled change programs at scale.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: MBA, CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Preferred: Exposure to multiple industries or regional markets across Asia-Pacific or globally.
• Preferred: Knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics within finance.
