About the role

You’ve mastered the combustion engine - now it’s time for the next level. As a Service Technician at Tesla, you are the backbone of the service operation: you repair and maintain Tesla vehicles with Tesla-specific software and advanced tools, you make sure every car meets the highest quality standard before handover, and you grow through dedicated internal training in EV technology.

What you’ll bring

  • Hands-on experience in vehicle service and repair (automotive, aviation, marine or similar).
  • A relevant qualification to carry out vehicle repairs (Kfz-Mechatroniker training or equivalent).
  • A valid EU Class B driving licence and authorisation to live and work in Germany.
  • Comfort working in a team and across shifts (Mon–Sat, 7–18h), including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Who can apply
