1Scope

This statement applies to the Benchmark.games Candidate Portal (benchmark.games and branded subdomains), including the registration flow, assessment portal, MotiPick motivation survey, and career-fit results pages.

2Conformance status

We aim to be fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The portal has been tested against the following:

• WCAG 2.1 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
• Target conformance: AA, full compliance is our goal; partial non-conformance is noted below
• Automated testing: axe-core 4.x run on every CI build

3Non-accessible content

The following content is not yet fully accessible. We are working to address these gaps:

• Third-party game renderers embedded during assessment sessions may not be fully keyboard-navigable. We are working with game providers to improve this.
• Some complex data visualisations (D3 scatter plots, Recharts radar charts) include screen-reader fallback tables but may not convey all nuance available visually. We are improving alternative text and live-region coverage.

4Disproportionate burden

No features have been excluded on grounds of disproportionate burden at this time.
